Realtor Registration Policy

Maxwell recognizes the importance and value added by professional licensed Realtors. We want Realtors to know their relationship is important to us and we recognize that by our providing a high quality product and high level of service to our (and your) clients, we will create a larger referral network of repeat business for both of us. We welcome the cooperation of Realtors in selling our home sites. We will be pleased to pay you, upon closing, a commission fee of 3 percent of the Initial Contract Sales Price. To qualify for a Realtor commission, the purchaser must not have been previously registered as a prospect by Maxwell Development . No Realtor registration will be accepted after the clients have come to Maxwell Development on their own. You must be employed as a licensed Indiana real estate agent with an active real estate company. Your commission, upon registering a client, should they enter into a Sales Contract under the terms of this agreement, is acknowledged and protected in 60 days from the date of this registration. In the case of a prospect being referred by two parties, we will pay the party designated by the purchaser at the time the Sales Contract is signed.
